400 new trees were planted in Kazan park "Vakhitovsky"

Today European spruce, small-leaved linden and mountain ash were planted in the amount of 400 pieces in Kazan Park “Vakhitovsky”, located between Lakes Nizhniy Kaban and Sredniy Kaban as part of the environmental campaign "United Day of Forest Planting". The campaign was supported by civil servants and employees of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaign is held within the framework of the Year of Volunteer in the Russian Federation, as well as in order to foster a careful attitude to the forest, to draw attention to the issues of conservation, reproduction and augmentation of forest resources.
