Ravil Kuzyurov, Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District"
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov, visited Kutlu-Bukashskiy district forestry of the SPI of RT “Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District” in Rybno-Slobodskiy municipal district. He was accompanied by deputy ministers Emir Bedertdinov, Rais Gumerov, the Head of the district Ildar Tazutdinov and others.
Upon arrival, Ravil Kuzyurov got acquainted with the course of forest cuttings in quarter 30 of district forestry. The Minister is told that thinning is underway in order to create favorable conditions for formation of trunks and tree crowns. “There are all conditions for effective work, we receive wages on time”, said one of the workers, Vasiliy Tekushev, answering the Minister’s questions.
Then Ravil Kuzyurov inspected the production site, namely, a sawmill, a woodworking workshop, a machine maintenance and repair center, a warehouse and a place for storing machinery.
After that, the Minister met with employees of the SPI of RT “Kyzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District” - local foresters, forest masters, forestry engineers and tenants. The meeting took place in the House of Culture of Kzyl-Yulduzsky Leskhoz village.
After welcoming the participants, Ravil Kuzyurov introduced a new Head-forester to the team. He is Niyaz Tazmeyev, who previously held the post of Head of the State Control and Supervision Department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
"Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District" is one of the leaders among the forest districts of the republic. Here works a friendly, highly qualified team, - said the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. - The new leader, Niyaz Tazmeyev, has experience in the forest industry”.
The Minister wished the new Head-forester success in work.
Ildar Tazutdinov, Head of the Rybno-Slobodskiy municipal district, also joined the wishes. “For our part, we will try to provide all possible support”, he said.
Niyaz Tazmeyev thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for their confidence and promised to use all his strength to accomplish the tasks.
Then the results of the work of SPI of RT “Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District” in 2018 were summed up.
In the course of his speech, Ravil Kuzyurov emphasized that effective forestry had been established in forestry. At the same time, the staff of the institution should strengthen the work in terms of sanitary felling, paperwork and their timely submission.
“From this year a number of changes in the Forest Code of the Russian Federation come into force. We need to build our work productively, using the delegated authority in the field of forest relations and attracting young professionals to the industry”, he said.
Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization, Ivan Bolshakov, Deputy Ministers Emir Bedertdinov, Rais Gumerov and others made reports during the meeting.
Emir Bedertdinov focused on the quality of forestry work, and Rais Gumerov dealt with the supply of wood to the wood processing plant of Kastamonu and financial performance.
In particular, Rais Gumerov informed that following the results of the last year, the production of saw-timbers and consumer goods was increased in the SPI of RT “Kzyl-Yulduzskiy Forest District”, as well as labor productivity was increased.
