Teachers and students of Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College joined the large-scale ski race “Russian Ski Track - 2019”

Yesterday, on February 10, a ski race competition as part of the All-Russian large-scale ski race “Russian Ski Track - 2019” was held at the “Kukmara” ski base in Kukmor town. More than 500 people took part in the competition, including teachers and students of Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College.

Depending on the age group, the competitors had to overcome the distances of 1, 2, 3 and 5 kilometers.

According to the results of the competition, in corresponding age group the first place was taken by the Teacher Elena Tikhonova, the second places went to college student Alina Kuznetsova (43rd Landscape Gardening group) and Teacher Rustam Garifullin, the third - to student Regina Asanova (32nd Economic Group) and Forest Engineer Renat Baygabulov.

“Russian Ski Track” is the most large-scale all-Russian ski race, which has been held annually since 1982. The main goal of the competition is to attract children, young people and adults to ski racing and sports in general.
