The Ministry discussed the provisions of the draft industry agreement for 2020-2022
Today, a meeting of the primary trade union organization of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The event was attended by the Director of the Ministry of Elmira Shagayeva, heads and specialists of structural departments of the Ministry.
The main issue on the meeting agenda was the consideration of the draft industry agreement for 2020-2022 between the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation.
Participants of the event discussed the main provisions of the draft industry agreement on the regime of work and rest, labor protection, training and further professional education of workers, social guarantees and compensation to state civil servants, employees of subordinate institutions of the Ministry.
Following the meeting, it was decided that it was necessary to finalize the draft industry agreement. The next discussion is scheduled for mid-December of this year.
