The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Laishevskiy municipal district

Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov made a working trip to Laishevskiy municipal district. On arrival, he met with the Head of the Executive Committee of the municipal district, Ildus Zaripov. The meeting was held in the administration building of Laishevo. It was also attended by the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevskiy Forest District” Valeriy Izibekov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevskiy Forestry Enterprise” Ruslan Gazizullin.

During the meeting, issues of forestry development, reforestation and afforestation, preparation for the fire hazard season of 2020, etc. were discussed.

After that, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov took part in the meeting of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevskiy Forest District”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Laishevskiy Forestry Enterprise” and the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”.

The keynote addresses at the meeting were made by the Head-Forester Valery Izibekov and the Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” Aidar Gaifullin.

In the course of his speech, Valery Izibekov spoke about the work carried out to protect, conserve and reproduce forests in 2019. He said that reforestation and afforestation was carried out on the area of ​​48 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 396 hectares, their addition - on 164 hectares, sowing seeds in a forest nursery - on 0.5 hectares. 120 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 560 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown.

“Within the framework of the federal state forest supervision, 414 patrols in the forests were carried out, 23 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up and 45 warnings were issued on inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of forest legislation”, Valery Izibekov noted.

Sanitary and health measures were carried out on the area of ​​295 hectares, including selective sanitary felling - on 236 hectares, harvesting of illiquid wood - on 51 hectares.

Aidar Gaifullin informed the meeting participants about the activities of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center” and the results of the fire hazard season of 2019.

So, last year, the fire-hazardous season in the forests was opened on April 15 and closed on October 10, its duration was 179 days. For this period, 1,073 thermal points were recorded (according to ISDM-Rosleskhoz) and 663 cases of fires on lands of other categories on a total area of ​​354.7 ha were recorded. “546 appeals were received to the regional dispatch center direct line of the forest guard, 610 messages were sent to the GLONASS + 112 EGIS”, said Aidar Gaifullin. - All appeals were considered as planned. In total, 65 visits were made during the fire hazard season”.

Also during the fire hazard season in the forests, 8 air patrols were conducted with a total duration of 30 flight hours, 32 new nameplates and information boards were installed on the territory of the forest fund, along highways and motorways of federal and republican significance.

The meeting was concluded by the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. He praised the work of subordinate institutions in the past year and voiced the tasks for the coming period. “Already now we need to conduct intensive preparations for the fire hazard season of 2020”, Ravil Kuzyurov emphasized. - I also ask the employees of the Laishevskiy forest district to tighten control over the prevention, detection and suppression of violations of forest legislation. This year it is necessary to pay special attention to the prevention of forest violations, as well as to improve the quality of the ongoing control and supervision measures”.
