MFC in Tatarstan temporarily change the conditions for citizens reception

26 March 2020, Thursday

From March 30 to April 3, 2020, multifunctional centers in Tatarstan will operate only on the issuance of ready-made documents, according to previously accepted requests. Documents will not be accepted. This decision was made by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to prevent the threat of the spread of coronavirus in accordance with the Decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin “On the Announcement of Non-Working Days in the Russian Federation”.

As usual, a call center will operate, the staff of which will provide the necessary advice to citizens by phone: 8 (843) 222-06-20.

The decision to stop accepting documents at the MFC for the duration of the holiday week set in Russia is primarily due to the need for antiviral protection of visitors. On pre-quarantine days, MFC city offices received up to 1,000 people per day. Now the flow of visitors has increased by 20%.

We remind you that requests for first-priority services (such as a passport, driver’s license, various certificates and extracts) can be submitted electronically through the government services portal. At the same time, there is no need to contact the MFC for such services.
