The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies on results of the auctionon the sale of the right to conclude a contract for the forest plantations purchase and sale located in the forest fund of Kamskiy, Zelenodolskiy, Mamdyshskiy, Kzyl-Yulduzskiy, Arskiy and Laishevskiy forestry divisionsto small and medium-sized enterprises, held on January 19, 2018.

BylotsNo4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 28, 30, 36, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 the auction was declared valid. Protocols are to be signed with the winners of the auction and contracts for the sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded within ten working days after the date of publication of information on the results of the auction on the official website of the Russian Federation.

BylotsNo1-3, 7-8, 10, 12, 16, 19-27, 29, 31-35, 37-45, 60 the auction was declared invalid (Subparagraph 1 of paragraph 7 of Article 80 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation). Protocols on the results of the auction are to be signed with the sole participant of the auction and contracts for the purchase and sale of forest plantations to small and medium-sized enterprises will be concluded ten days after the date of publication of information on the results of the auction on the official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" but not later than twenty days from the date of the auction holding.
