Workers of forestry within the framework of the "Clean Forests of Tatarstan" campaign cleared a forest plot in the Nizhnekamsk forestry. The campaign, held by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, was joined also by the indifferent inhabitants of the city. Employees of municipal institutions, teachers, students, students of colleges, pensioners and volunteers took part in cleaning of the Nizhnekamsk forest. In total - about 160 people. Household waste was collected and transported in a volume of 25 cubic meters. Also within the framework of the campaign, 3 raids were conducted to identify and suppress unauthorized storage of solid waste. Penalty for violation of the rules of sanitary security in forests comprises from 500 to 10,000 rubles. If such actions are carried out in protective forests, on specially protected areas of forests, in the forest-park green belt, the fine will amount to 5,000 to 500,000 rubles. The "Clean forests of Tatarstan" campaign will last until June 25.
