Tatarstan residents can take part in the #BoomBattle waste paper collection campaign

7 October 2022, Friday

For the third time in Russia, the largest waste paper collection campaign, #BoomBattle, is taking place.

Kindergartens, schools, colleges, universities, as well as companies, can take part in it. You can also join the competition individually. The nearest waste paper collection point can be found on the interactive map posted on the project website: https://boombattle.nationalprojects.rf. At the end of the promotion, the top 3 most productive participants in each category will be determined.

The promotion will last until November 15, 2022.

Participants of the #BoomBattle campaign compete not only in the amount of waste paper collected but also in creativity in social networks. The authors of the most creative photos and videos with the hashtags #BoomBattle and #nationalprojectecology will be able to chat with the ambassadors of this year's project - rhythmic gymnasts Arina and Dina Averina and singer Khabib to learn about their environmental habits. In support of BoomBattle, large-scale educational events will also be held: excursions to waste paper processing plants and environmental lessons.

The action is initiated by ANO “National Priorities” with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the Ministry of Education of Russia, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia in support of the national project “Ecology”. The project partners are the Russian Ecological Operator, the Clean Country Association, ONF Molodezhka, the Waste Paper Recyclers League, the Ubirator service, as well as the Million Motherland charity event.
