On the territory of the Cheremshansky forestry, work is underway to supplement forest crops. “Currently, planting is being carried out on the territory of Kazankinsky, Svetlogorsky, and Sheshminsky district forestries, 15 people are involved,” said Nikolay Kvakov, director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Cheremshansky forestry”. “To date, the work has been completed on an area of 18 hectares, in total, according to the plan – 24 hectares.”

“The preparation of the soil for forest crops in 2023, the inventory in the basic forest nurseries, and the harvesting of seeds of the main forest-forming species are also ongoing,” Nikolay Kvakov added.
