Rosleskhoz: the list of services of the personal account of the FGIS LK has been approved
The service will be fully operational on the agency’s website from January 1, 2025, in pilot mode in 2023.
Through a personal account, FSIS LC users will be able to electronically draw up forest declarations, project documentation, reports on the use of forests, forest pathological survey acts, forest development and reforestation projects, and also send them to state bodies. “The exchange of information between forest users and government agencies will be much faster. The service will significantly reduce the time spent by applicants in obtaining services and reduce the number of refusals. The personal account will be available on the website of the Federal Forestry Agency,” said Natalya Veselova, the acting Head of the Department for the Development of Information Systems and the State Forest Registry of Rosleskhoz.
The functionality of the service will automatically check all the filled data for compliance with the requirements of forestry legislation. We add that in the personal account it will be possible to receive important and up-to-date information from the State Forest Register and make changes to it. In this case, all adjustments in the GLR will be performed automatically. In addition, all documents can be generated with all the details and printed.
“Another step towards the digitalization of the forest industry is the development of a personal account, where forest users will be able to draw up documents in electronic form. We have determined the list of services that will be available through the service. I am sure that this will relieve all participants in the processes of bureaucracy and simplify the procedure for obtaining public services in the field of forestry relations,” summed Ivan Sovetnikov, head of Rosleskhoz.
