The pupils of the school forestry unit of the Agryz Forestry spent all the day at one with nature. The journey began with visit to a museum of forest. The forest guard I.R.Mudarisov told the children about forest guard work; showed them the most interesting exhibits and forest nursery. The firefighting equipment was of the special interest of children. They went up to the fire tower of the Krasnoborsky Forestry. The day was ended by visiting the ecological path “In tune with nature”.
It was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1972 on the day that United Nations Conference on the Human Environment began. Each year the celebrations are hosted in one of the world cities. Moreover, the theme and the slogan defining the focus of celebrations are developed.
Last year, when the survey area in the forest Mountain Lobach was revealed a new locus of lady's slipper. This year, experts Reserve "Long Glade" to visit these places and noted that almost all the flowers are in the flowering stage, only some faded. Territory Mountain Lobach visited Cand.Biol.Sci V.G.Ivleev and TN Dobretsova. They were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of flowering lady's slipper, and lilies of the valley and noted favorable conditions for growth of these plants.
Among the agencies participating in exercises were the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as firefighting units of the Mamadysh Municipal District – a total of about 70 people and 25 units of specialized equipment, including MI-8 helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
The Head of the Forestry Department of the Volga Federal District Alexander Ornatsky, the representatives of the Republic of Mari El, the Samara Region and the Nizhny Novgorod Region were presented in exercises.
According to the scenario, the dry grass caught fire and the flame spread to the timbered area and further to the forest village. As danger escalated, the more new teams and equipment were added to the exercises and battle against fire. The evacuation of villagers has been practiced.
The Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Almas Nazirov noted that all participating teams were successful.
The exercise will involve strength and resources of forest fire center RT, the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Health of Tajikistan, management Mamadyshsky municipal district.
In addition, forestry and forest clearing is carried out by deadwood near roads, trails federal and republican values. Collected 2680.2 cubic meters over an area 938.3 hectares.
In the spring of 2015 in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the area of 10.74 hectares of the works on the creation of parks, squares, alleys and memorable landings, timed to celebrate the anniversaries of the formation of the republican state. It has been planted 4941 pcs. seedlings of various species. Leaders of many municipal districts with forest districts will continue to work to lay the memorial stands in honor of the anniversaries of the republic.
The Organizing Committee composed of experts of the Ministry considered the children's creative work, who took the top places in the competitions in the subordinate nature reserves and summarized the children's photo contest "Islands Wildlife" pictures "The world of wilderness," literary works "Lukomorye". The winners were awarded diplomas and prizes of the competition.
