Currently, the subordinate institutions of the Ministry has 725 kg of seed, softwood. According to operative data, thanks to a good harvest of English oak acorns, to the end of autumn 2014 foresters Republic planned to collect more than 50 tons of acorns and seeds of other hardwoods.
To improve the sanitary and environmental conditions workers subordinated to the Ministry of Forestry RT institutions conduct improvement of forest areas and areas of natural reserves. Thus, employees GPKZ "Long Glade" arranged the spring, nature trails, lakes and coastal zones to undertake cleanups from household waste and dead wood.
