Campaign 'Foresters open door "

In the early days of the school year specialists GPKZ "Long Glade" was invited to tour the environmental guys from the Camp "The Seagull" and schoolchildren Tetyushskogo district. The guys talked about the uniqueness of the natural reserve, familiar strangers - trees and plants that grow on its territory, the specificity of the profession ecologist and forester. The excursion took place not only on the ecological paths and forest areas, but also in administrative office "Long Glade," so that students are acquainted with the conditions of work of experts, find out about their plans for the conservation of natural resources and the edge of advocacy and informative work, which may include themselves. Of particular interest to children caused exhibits cabinet eco-education: an exhibition of children's drawings, photographs, collections of poems, short stories, fairy tales, various crafts, and most importantly - the museum's collection of minerals, various butterflies, beetles, shells and fish. Specialist reserve Tatiana Nikitina acquaint children with the Red plants and animals.

Since the beginning of 2014 530 people visited the reserve.
