Today a videoconference meeting with the heads of subordinate institutions, devoted to fire safety in the forests of Tatarstan was held in in the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Minister of Forestry Ravil Kuzyurov demanded that the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 26, 2018 No. 1594-r "On Restricting Stay of Citizens in Forests and Entry of Vehicles into forests" be implemented. In this connection, he instructed the heads of the forest districts to take forest areas under special control. A high temperature regime has been established in Tatarstan, which can contribute to the threat of forest fires. In the conditions of limiting visits to forests, residents are prohibited from visiting and entering vehicles into the forest territory. In case of detection of a forest fire or fires near forest tracts, you should call the direct line of the forest guard by 8-800-100-94-00.

Today, on July 2, during a working trip, Ravil Kuzyurov got acquainted with the state of affairs in the SPI “Menzelinskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution “Menzelinskiy Forestry Enterprise”. The Minister inspected the logging in Menzelinskiy district forestry. He also got acquainted with the nursery farm in the basic forest nursery in the Yurtovskiy district forestry department, where he also talked with pupils of the school forestry, who worked to care for the seedlings.

The Minister also examined the quality of forest crops planting in 2017 and 2018 on the territory of the forest fund of the Menzelinskiy forest district. After the inspection of the facilities, a meeting was held with the forest district and forestry enterprise workers, where the Head of the Menzelinskiy Municipal District, Aidar Salakhov, took part. In his speech, the Minister drew the attention of the staff to the quality and timeliness of the work performed.

"The first thing I require is the quality of your work. The primary role is assigned to the nursery. This is a keystone, the future of our forests. First of all, nurseries should be in proper condition, and secondly, they should be competitive", the Minister said.

Today, on June 29, 2018, in Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College solemn awarding of diplomas to graduates was held. In his speech, the Minister noted that now in the Lubyanskiy college everything is being done to train professional specialists who know the forest, who own machinery, who are free to orient themselves in the use of forest resources. "I want to wish you success in life and work, and that each of you is lucky enough to leave a good trace in the history of the development of forestry in our country! Congratulations on graduation from Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College!" - said the Minister. 
After Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting with the graduates, where he spoke about the structure of forestry management in the republic, the priority areas of activity, the support of young specialists and the prospects for the development of the forestry sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting with the future colleagues was also attended by forestry managers of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. Gulnara Mukhametkhanova, Head of the State Public Institution "Bugulminskiy Forest District", invited young specialislts to vacant positions. 
Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College is the only medium-vocational educational institution in Tatarstan where graduates of high-demand specialists from various branches of forestry are graduated. Many graduates of the college work as managers and leading forestry specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan. Over the course of history, the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College has trained more than 9,000 graduates, among which there are such outstanding personalities as Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolai Savin and Honored Forestry Officer of Tatarstan and Russia Nurgali Minnikhanov. 

Pupils of the school forestry "Nurgali onyklary" of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Leskhozskiy secondary educational school" in the Sabinskiy municipal district of Tatarstan visited the recently opened greenhouse at the dendrological garden of the State Budgetary Institution "Training and Experimental Sabinskiy Forestry Enterprise". An engineer for forest protection and conservation of State Public Institution "Sabinskiy Forest District"" - Head of the school forestry Zoya Multanova was a guide. 
The only greenhouse in the Sabinskiy district, with an area of ​​783 square meters, is divided into a tropical, subtropical and desert section, where plants that are not characteristic of our climate grow. At the moment there are 300 varieties of exotic plants. Young foresters looked with interest at unusual trees, grasses and bushes. They saw alive how growing a banana, bamboo, lemon, pomegranate, laurel noble, date palm, figs, avocado, feijoa, aloe vera, etc. "We are very happy that now there is unique opportunity for rural children to get acquainted with the nature of other continents without leaving Tatarstan. I think it was an interesting and informative excursion", Zoya Multanova said.

First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a working visit to the Agryzskiy district. During the visit Emir Bedertdinov held a reception of citizens in the premises of the Executive Committee of Agryz town, during which, together with the Head of the State Public Institution "Agryzskiy Forest District" Ravil Imangulov consulted residents on forestry issues. During the meeting, various issues were discussed, in particular, about providing assistance in obtaining preferential firewood. All the appeals received were answered and explained accordingly. For convenience of citizens in Tatarstan there is a round-the-clock number: 8800 - 100 - 94 - 00. 

Zyavdyat Yahiyaevich has been working in forestry for over 40 years, he began his work as a ranger, and then for a long time worked as an assistant forester, since the reorganization of the forestry he headed Yukhmachinskiy divisional forestry. Despite his advanced age, Zyavdyat Khamidullin is cheerful and takes an active life position, is a mentor of young specialists. The working day in the forestry starts very early and by 7.00 the working team under his direction is already at the site. This year, within the framework of reforestation under his leadership, subordinate forestry crops have been created on the area of ​​18 hectares. Work was also carried out to supplement forest crops on the area of ​​74.8 hectares. Natural regeneration on 4 hectares has been promoted. This is the best performance in the Alkeyevskiy forestry, the work was carried out in the shortest time and with good quality.

 "I am charged with the energy of the forest, because the forest is our life. While we work, we live. And while the forest is growing, we know that we are needed", said Zyavdyat Khamidullin. 
Zyavdyat Khamidullin leads a healthy lifestyle and is an example for young people.
 

Due to the increased level of fire danger in forests employees of Zia-Karataevskiy district forestry of SPI "Leninogorskiy Forest District" conducted patrols of forest fire and propaganda among the population of Leninogorsk. State forest inspectors conduct raids to identify violations in the field of fire safety. During the first half-year the SPI "Leninogorskiy Forest District" made up two administrative reports under Part 1, art. 8.32 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of fire safety in forests". "According to statistics, about 90% of all forest fires occur due to human negligence, and often criminal negligence. Left unattended fire, carelessly thrown cigarette butt, glassware left on vacation area, grassland fire can cause forest tragedy. Every citizen of the republic should be careful about the common "green friend" - the forest!", noted the foresters.

Fire safety in summer period in forests of Tatarstan was the topic of a press conference in the IA "Tatar-inform" today. Head of the State Budgetary Institution "Forest Fire Center" of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Akhmerov, and the Head of the Forestry Department of the State Public Institution "Prigorodnyi Forest District" Ilnur Kashafeev told about the work fulfilled. 

In connection with weather conditions the third, high class of fire danger in forests is preserved. On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan a special fire-fighting regime is established. In this regard, residents need to be vigilant when hiking in the forest and nearby areas of the forest. In order not to expose yourself and others to a threat, it is forbidden to make fires. 

At present there are 23 fire-chemical stations in the republic, 18 of them are PHS-II type and 5 are PHS-III type. The structure of the specialized forest fire protection institution - the Forest Fire Center, includes the operating type PHS III type and a regional dispatch control center with a 24-hour operating mode. 

In accordance with the Consolidated Plan for forest fire extinguishing in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2018, the number of fire-fighting units is 343 people, 310 units of equipment.

In accordance with the approved executive committees of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, 203 voluntary fire brigades were created in the number of about 1000 people by plans to extinguish forest fires in the state public institutions "Forest Districts".

3 routes of aircraft patrolling of forests are approved. Monitoring of fire danger on the lands of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out by aircraft in the area of ​​1,225.8 thousand hectares, and by land on the area of ​​10.6 thousand hectares. 
Violation of fire safety rules in forests entails a warning or imposing an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 1 thousand 500 rubles up to 3 thousand rubles; on officials - from 10 thousand to 20 thousand rubles; on legal entities - from 50 thousand to 200 thousand rubles. 

Thanks to operational work, forest fires are not allowed in the Republic of Tatarstan for 7 years!

Today in the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan the republican environmental campaign "Clean forests of Tatarstan" was summed up. Within two months, more than 9.5 thousand people took part in the sanitary cleaning of forests. During the campaign highways and routes of federal and regional importance were cleaned up. Solid household waste, dead wood and fallen trees in a volume of 2,410 square meters were collected and transported. 

The traditional republican environmental campaign "Clean forests of Tatarstan" is conducted by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to create a favorable sanitary and ecological situation in the forests located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 859-r dated April 13, 2018.

The campaign was supported by state civil servants, employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, judicial bodies, teachers and students of educational institutions. Local residents and environmental public movements also took active part. 
Also, within the framework of the campaign, more than 432 information boards, sold-out houses, Notice boards were placed in the forest fund and along motor roads and 25 springs were renovated. During the campaign "Clean forests of Tatarstan" create favorable and aesthetic conditions for people's recreation. The autumn stage of the campaign will be held from September 15 to November 15, 2018.

The State Examination Commission, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Emir Bedertdinov, took exams from 24 graduates of the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of the Kazan State Agrarian University. They defended the final qualifying papers in the field of "Forestry". At the moment the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of KSAU prepares students in two fields: "Forestry" and "Landscape architecture". In 2018, diplomas will be awarded to 52 graduates.
