In the forests of Republic the citizens make illegal collection of birch juice. Because of this the specialists of Privolzhskii forestry addressed to the citizens of Republic with the request to keep the rules of gathering birch juice which is only possible in the mature timber allotment.

As was announced by the safety and protection engineer of Privolzhskii forestry R. I. Ismagilov, unfortunately in most of the times the way of gathering birch juice by the citizens is really harmful, which is looked like pigs’ behavior under the oak tree as in the same-name fable of I. Krilov. These forest violators do not find anything better than to make V-blazing of the tree barque! This is absolutely not important for them how after this, tree will survive! This is wrong! You cannot do like this.

For the damage which is not leading to the  growth cessation of trees and bushes or if it leads to the tree dying there is an administrative responsibility under the article 8.28 of Administrative Violations Code from 30.12.2001 №195-Ф3 (the imposition of an administrative penalty on the citizens in a size started from 3000 to 350 000 rubbles) and the indemnity for loss brought to forest vegetation.

During the International action “The march of parks-2013” the members of reserved forestry “Kichke-Tan” and the Ministry of Forestry RT visited Isenbaevskii school of Agrizskii municipal region RT where they made an event dedicated to coming back of their feathered friends. The school children made with their own hands 27 birds nesting boxes. The best of them got diplomas and prizes from the specialists of reserved forestry.

In Astrakhan with the help of tatar society “Duslik” established the memorial of poet Gabdulla Tukay. The Chairman of the society A. Almaev enquired with the Ministry of Forestry RT to render assistance in planting stock materials to make beautification of the garden square near the memorial.

On Friday, on the 19th of April near the Ministry of Forestry will be ceremonial sending of 300 planting stock seedlings of coniferous species which was grown on the native land of the poet, in the forest nursery of Arskii forestry and also in the basis forest nursery Prigorodnii Leskhoz. The planting stock materials will be escorted by the specialists of the Ministry who will help with planting on the territory of Gabdula Tukay garden square.

In the frames of special action “Timber carrying vessel” which was made together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Republic of Tatarstan, the specialists of state authority “Privolzhskii forestry” make raids to prevent breaches of “black woodcutters” with the main goal to shut off the channels of illegal transportation stock-piling of timber on the territory of region and outside of it.

Illegal cutting of forest leads to not only civil law sanctions but to administrative and sometimes to criminal responsibility.

Tatar sportsman Dmitrii Khomyakov got the gold medal of the Championship of Europe in weight lifting which took place in Tiran (Albania). In weight category till 77 kg he showed the best result in the chance of two exercises – 351 kg (161 in a hitch, 190 in a push). Nail Magdeev who is the President of Federation of weight athletic RT congratulated Dmitrii and his trainer Oleg Khomyakov with the success and wished new sport achievements.

The working group together with Heads and specialists of interested Ministries with the help of The Deputy Minister of Forestry R. Makhmutov and State Adviser of the President RT O. Baltusova observed the way of restoration works in historical parts of Kazan where subordinate state budget authorities “Les” restore the houses of Sh. Mardgani (10, K.Nasiri St) and St. Iosaf Udaloi (31, Tikhimirov St) merchant Alafuzov (46, Gladilova St) and brothers Kasimovi (18, Paris Communni St). On the meeting they discussed several technical and engineering questions which appeared while they observed historical buildings and defined future restoration works.

That was a logo for the lesson in Tetushskii school №2 which made the specialist of reserved forestry “Dolgaya Polyana” Tatiana Nikitina. On the lesson a great attention was given to careful attitude to forest and its inhabitance. School children answered the questions of the trivia with a great interest, told about their participation in forest protection and about they are getting ready to the wintering birds meeting. The lesson was decorated by pictures and books about birds. To this day school children prepared birds nesting boxes and presented them to the reserved forestry. The Head of reserved forestry V. P. Nikitin hand in to the teacher I.U. Mikheeva, who is leading among their foster children active ecological work, the Grateful letter and the specialists of the forestry presented to the children memorable posters and calendars.

During the meeting they discussed important organizational moments of spring forestry works: sanitary cutting in forestry, sanitary – ecological cleaning of the territory of cities and regions during two months of Republic of Tatarstan, which started on 15th of April and will go on 15th of June 2013 and also getting ready planting stock materials from basis nursing forestry in forest restoration work

During spring break, the Ministry of Forestry RT made extra-mural II part of school forestry jamboree and spring forestry school ‘Forest watch”. In this event took part the participant and Heads of forestry schools of Republic of Tatarstan.

The first comparative testing was to “Present portpholio” which let the jury to find out the information about their work in the school forestry. The presentation of social project was concluded in that every school forestry presented its projects directed to beautification of the territory and improvement of ecological situation in their region. The kids took part in the game “Razved-show” and went through testing about forestry.

The maximum points in the spring school ”Forest watch” has got: Shigabiev Damir (Arskii forestry), Abdullina Ruzilya (Bilyaskii forestry), Arslanov Airat (Zainskii forestry), Ganiev Runiar (Mamadishskii forestry), Chibidin Aleksandr (Nurladskii forestry).

In the frames of the Year of ecological culture and environmental protection in Republic of Tatrstan, the members of reserved forestry “Kichke-Tan” and the Ministry of Forestry RT are doing spring meetings – educational events directed to grow up ecological culture in day care centers and schools. So in Staro-Slyakovskii village of Agrizskii municipal region they organized the Day of Birds. On this holiday the Head of reserved forestry”Kichke-tan” A. Faizullin brought a bird nesting boxes which were done by the children of local school. The best nesting boxes were awarded by the prizes, diplomas and memorable souvenirs from reserved forestry.
