Birch juice is without damage to forest.

In the forests of Republic the citizens make illegal collection of birch juice. Because of this the specialists of Privolzhskii forestry addressed to the citizens of Republic with the request to keep the rules of gathering birch juice which is only possible in the mature timber allotment.

As was announced by the safety and protection engineer of Privolzhskii forestry R. I. Ismagilov, unfortunately in most of the times the way of gathering birch juice by the citizens is really harmful, which is looked like pigs’ behavior under the oak tree as in the same-name fable of I. Krilov. These forest violators do not find anything better than to make V-blazing of the tree barque! This is absolutely not important for them how after this, tree will survive! This is wrong! You cannot do like this.

For the damage which is not leading to the  growth cessation of trees and bushes or if it leads to the tree dying there is an administrative responsibility under the article 8.28 of Administrative Violations Code from 30.12.2001 №195-Ф3 (the imposition of an administrative penalty on the citizens in a size started from 3000 to 350 000 rubbles) and the indemnity for loss brought to forest vegetation.
