On February 22 Lubyany will host the Winter Spartakiad "Forest ski track - 2019"

On February 22, 2019 Lubyany village of Kukmorskiy municipal district will host the Winter Spartakiad "Forest ski track - 2019" among forestry workers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of the State Budgetary Professional Education Institution "Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering  College". The event is organized by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the SBPEI "Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College ".

The competition will be attended by teams of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions, the Kazan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Roslesinforg, branch of Federal Budgetary Institution Roslesozashchita —Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Forest Transport Company AO, the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology of the KSAU, and others. The event will bring together more than 200 people.

The best skiers will be determined in 6 age categories: "boys aged 16 to 25 years old", "girls in the age of 16 to 25 years old", "boys in the age of 18 to 35 years old", "girls in age from 18 to 35 years old", "men aged 35 to 65 years old" and "women aged 35 to 55 years old". So, men will need to overcome a distance of 2.5 km, and women - 1.5 km.

The event includes a rich cultural and entertainment program, sports all-around, etc.
