Employees of the Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College became winners of the Republican Youth Forum “Our Tatarstan. Territory of Opportunities”
Yesterday, on May 20, the results of the Republican Youth Forum “Our Tatarstan. Territory of opportunities” were summed up in the city of Kazan, on the site of the high-tech technopark “IT Park”. The winners award ceremony was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksei Pesoshin, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rimma Ratnikova, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Fattakhov, heads of republican ministries and departments, representatives of youth public organizations, etc.
Let us recall that in 2019, 963 applications for 9 thematic platforms were submitted to the forum: “Territory of Architecture”, “Territory of Civil Society”, “Territory of Goodness”, “Territory of Innovations”, “Territory of Small Motherland”, “Territory of Culture and Art”, “Territory of Entrepreneurship”, “Territory of Sport” and “Territory of Elements of Situational Centers”.
Welcoming the participants, Aleksei Pesoshin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that Tatarstan today occupies leading position among Russian regions in the areas of state youth policy. “An effective infrastructure has been created in the republic to promote innovative and promising projects. I am sure that the results of the forum will contribute to further development of the republic and active participation of young people in the socio-economic, political, social and scientific life of Tatarstan”, said Aleksei Pesoshin.
During the event, 9 projects were awarded with winners diplomas, including “Reserved Fairy Tale” (State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution “Lubyanskiy Forestry Engineering College”). The project took first place in the nomination “Territory of Small Motherland”.
The project “Preserved Fairy Tale” is the creation of an eco-tourist path aimed at environmental education and upbringing of students. According to the project, it is planned to pass the route in the Lebedevskiy park in Lubyany village of Kukmorskiy municipal district and perform various tasks.
For reference: Republican Youth Forum “Our Tatarstan. Territory of Opportunities” is held in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with the Regional Youth Social Movement of young scientists and specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2010. The main idea of the forum is creation and implementation of a social elevator, thanks to which a young person or team can present and protect projects, find like-minded people for its implementation, and receive public and state support.
The forum is open to young people aged from 14 to 30 years old (young scientists - under 35 years old), authors and participants of youth projects and initiatives, or a group of authors among whom there are one or several representatives of the youth of the Republic of Tatarstan aged 14 under 30 years old (young scientists under the age of 35).
