Part of the equipment was purchased under the national project “Ecology” in the Republic of Tatarstan
In 2019, “Forests Conservation” regional project began to be implemented within the framework of the national project “Ecology” in the Republic of Tatarstan. This project provides for the provision of specialized institutions with forest fire and forestry equipment.
So, as of June and the first decade of July this year forestry fleet was replenished with 37 units of machinery and equipment. These are 2 VTG-100 bulldozers, 4 universal forest fire complexes ULPK-4P, 3 shift buses UAZ-2206, 3 small timber patrol complexes UAZ-390945, 21 VAZ-21214 forest patrol vehicles (Niva) and 4 motor pumps. Let us recall that part of the equipment purchased as part of the regional project will be transferred to institutions for patrolling forests, transporting people and fire fighting equipment to fire sites, carrying out silvicultural and fire fighting works. Also, two fire and chemical stations of type II will be created in the republic on the basis of Nizhnekamskiy and Nurlatskiy foresty enterprises.
