Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Aktanyshskiy, Menzelinskiy and Aznakayevskiy municipal districts
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Aktanyshskiy, Menzelinskiy and Aznakayevskiy municipal districts.
In Aktanyshskiy district, the Minister took part in a meeting on the work of the Aktanyshskiy local forestry department of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinskiy Forest District”. The event was held in the building of the district administration, it was attended by the Head of the municipal district Engel Fattakhov, the Head-Forester Ilnar Akhmetgaliyev, Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinskiy Forestry Enterprise” Aidar Khaliullin, representatives of the executive committee of the district. During the meeting, issues of forest cultivation, forest protection and forestry operations on the territory of the Aktanyshskiy district forestry, implementation of federal state forest supervision, etc. were considered.
Upon arrival in the Menzelinskiy district, Ravil Kuzyurov met with the Head of the municipal district, Aidar Salakhov. During the meeting, issues of forestry development, reforestation and afforestation and preparation for the fire hazard season in forests in 2020 were discussed.
After that, the Minister held a meeting of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinskiy Forestry Enterprise” on topic “On results of work in 2019 and tasks for 2020. Review of implementation of collective agreements for 2019 and conclusion or prolongation of them for 2020”. The meeting was held in the premises of House of Children's Creativity in Menzelinsk.
The keynote speaker was the Head-Forester Ilnar Akhmetgaliyev. He said that in 2019, forest restoration was carried out on the territory of the forestry on the area of 154.5 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 1.4 thousand hectares, supplementing them - on 246 hectares, sowing seeds in a forest nursery - on 1.1 ha. 710 kg of seeds of the main forest-forming species were harvested and 2.1 million units of standard planting material were grown.
As part of the federal state forest supervision, 900 forest patrols were conducted, 39 protocols on administrative offenses were compiled, and 22 warnings were issued on inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of forest legislation.
Improvement cutting and sanitary logging were performed on the area of 281.5 hectares, including improvement cutting in young stands - on 172 ha.
Summing up the meeting, Ravil Kuzyurov thanked those present for their dedicated work last year. He also called on employees of the forest district and forestry enterprise to strengthen control over the identification and prevention of violations of forest legislation, to pay special attention to preparation for the fire hazard season in the forests and implementation of sanitary and health measures.
In the Aznakayevskiy district, Ravil Kuzyurov also met with the Head of the municipal district, Marsel Shaidullin, and took part in the meeting of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aznakayevskiy Forest District” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aznakayevskiy Forestry Enterprise”, which took place in the district administration building. The results of work in 2019 were reported by the Head-Forester Rafis Galiullin. In particular, he said that on the territory of the forestry, planting of forest crops was carried out on the area of 71 hectares, laying of protective forest stands - on 15 hectares, and agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 688 hectares.
Sanitary and health measures were carried out on the area of 242.5 hectares, including selective sanitary felling - on 68 hectares, harvesting of illiquid wood - on 80 hectares.
At the end of the meeting, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions related to cultivation of standard planting material, ensuring fire safety in forests, etc.
