The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the results of work on combating corruption in 2022

Today, the Ministry hosted a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption. It reviewed the results of work in the field of anti-corruption policy in 2022.

The Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov opened the meeting and announced the rules of procedure.

Reports at the event were made by the head of the sector for public service and personnel, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Elvira Ziyatdinova, the head of the lease relations department Fanil Akhmadullin, and the head of the sector for the protection and protection of the forest fund Alexei Mosunov.

Elvira Ziyatdinova presented a review prepared by the Anti-Corruption Policy Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of measures to combat corruption in state and local government bodies for 9 months of 2022.

According to the report, during this period, 379 anti-corruption events were held in the Republic of Tatarstan. An analysis was made of the information on income, expenses, property, and liabilities of a property nature, submitted by 3,159 officials of state authorities and 5,822 officials of local governments.

Fanil Akhmadullin said that over the 11 months of this year, the Department of Leasing Relations provided 6,518 public services, including 5,606 remotely.

“To ensure openness and transparency, 3 auctions were held to sell the right to conclude lease agreements for timber harvesting on electronic platforms,” he said. “In general, there were no complaints about decisions or actions of officials of the Ministry in the provision of public services in 2022.”

Alexey Mosunov said that this year the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan approved 821 acts of forest pathological examination of forest plantations.

“Following the requirements of forestry legislation, all acts were sent to the Department of Forestry for the Volga Federal District and posted on the official website of the Ministry,” he said. “To exclude corruption factors and violations of forest legislation, checks were made for the compliance of the data in the acts of the forest pathological survey with the actual taxation characteristics, sanitary and forest pathological condition of forest plantations.”

In conclusion, Elvira Ziyatdinova briefed the participants of the meeting with the results of a sociological survey on the presence of corruption in the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted in the 4th quarter of this year.

Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave specialists some instructions related to organizing educational events, holding a declaration campaign in 2023, etc.
