About holding of an auction on sale of the right to conclude forest ranges (Christmas trees, pines, conifers) sale and purchase contracts

Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan is declaring on holding of an auction on sale of the right to conclude forest ranges (Christmas tree, pines, conifers) sale and purchase contracts in a Pre-New Year season of 2017-2018. The auction will be held on November 2, 2017 at 12-00 p.m., by the address: office 416, 420, 4th floor, 37A, Yamasheva str., 420124, the city of Kazan, tel. (843) 221-37-42(43). 31 lots were placed on auction (by all forestry divisions).

Notification and auction documentation are published in the official web-site of the Russian Federation (www.torgi.gov.ru) in information and telecommunication network Internet, where the following data are given: on auctioneer; on auction lot, including on location of forest ranges, on area and borders of forest lands, on volume of forest resources subject to logging, on forest lands encumbrance, on cadastral numbers of forest lands, on forest usage types and parameters determined by forestry regulations; on place, dates of starting and end of the term for filing applications for participation in the auction and dates of the auction holding; on initial price of the auction lot (initial price of harvesting timber); on terms for conclusion of the forest ranges sale and purchase contract; data on location of forest ranges; data on amount of increasing of the auction lot initial price (“auction step”); data on application form for participation in the auction, procedure and terms of its filing; data on the advance amount, terms and procedure of its payment, details of account for advance money transfer; draft of the forest ranges sale and purchase contract.
