Implementation of the law on wood recording was discussed in Perm

Specialists of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a sectorial seminar dedicated to the issues of "LesEGAIS”, additional systems of wood recording and technologies in the legal field.

Representatives of federal and regional authorities in the field of forestry relations, law enforcement agencies and other departments described the main principles of work in the system, the most common mistakes made by forest users, sellers and wood transporters, planned innovations and changes in the federal law 415-FZ and LesEGAIS.

In accordance with the explanations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, one of the innovations is that all sawn timber of 16.10.10 type can be either planed or not planed, both edged and non-edged, both dried and naturally moist. Primary sawmill production is mostly, a semi-finished product, from which consumer products are subsequently produced, with the exception of sleepers and railway bars.
