Air patrolling of forests is in process in Tatarstan
In connection with the high fire hazard in forests on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, air patrols of forests are periodically conducted. The flight is carried out on the AN-2 plane by specially planned routes with the purpose of detecting forest fires and violating the requirements of fire safety rules in the forests. In the course of aviation patrolling, 15 smoke points were identified on agricultural land. Their exact coordinates were determined, which was immediately reported to the regional dispatch control center.
The largest number of fires on agricultural lands was recorded in Chistopolskiy, Menzelinskiy, and Muslyumovskiy municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This year, in the course of aviation patrolling, violations of the current forest legislation were also revealed, cases of administrative violations were initiated against guilty persons.
