Lesovoz operation was carried out in Elabuzhskiy and Agryzskiy forest districts
With the purpose of suppressing violations in the sphere of forest legislation in the territory of Tatarstan, employees of the State Public Institution “Agryzskiy Forest District” and “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” jointly with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a raid on the verification of accompanying documents for transportation of timber and sawn timber within the framework of Lesovoz Operation on the local road of the Agryz-Krasnyi Bor direction and the stationary post of road patrol service Tula1. During the raid, 10 vehicles carrying timber were inspected. According to the results of the inspection, there were no violations of the relevant legislation. The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: the transportation of wood without the accompanying document, which is documented in the order established by the forestry legislation, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of from thirty to fifty thousand rubles with the confiscation of timber or vehicles being the instrument of committing an administrative offense. For legal entities, the fine will be from five hundred to seven hundred thousand rubles.
