The Ministry began a procedure for familiarizing of interested persons with the draft forestry regulations of forest districts of the republic
In accordance with Part 13 of the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation No. 72 dated February 27, 2017 “On approving the composition of forestry regulations, procedure for their development, terms of their operation and procedure for introducing changes to them”, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan started a procedure for familiarizing of interested persons with projects of 9 forestry regulations of forest districts of the republic.
Thus, everyone has the right to send their comments and proposals on draft forestry regulations within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The specialists of the Ministry note that it is necessary for interested persons to set out the essence and a brief justification of the proposals. Also, citizens can attach additional materials in electronic form or on paper, including charts, graphs, etc. (the presented materials shall not be returned).
