Participants of "Green Patrol" school forestry held competitions "Feed the birds in winter" and "Live, spruce" among primary school pupils
Participants of "Green Patrol" school forestry of Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Yutazinskiy Secondary School" held competitions "Feed the birds in winter" and "Live, spruce" among primary school pupils. According to conditions, the contestants demonstrated their skills in making of bird feeders and birdhouses, as well as Christmas songs and crafts.
Awarding ceremony for winners took place yesterday, on December 24, in the assembly hall of the school. The winners were awarded with diplomas of State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Bugulminskiy Forest District" and State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Bugulminskiy Forestry Enterprise".
The event had rich cultural and entertainment program. With the help of a theatrical performance, the participants of “Green Patrol” school forest district told pupils of the school about the forestry of the republic, the importance of preserving coniferous trees and characteristics of feeding of birds living in the forest.
