Ravil Kuzyurov took part in the work of the regional meeting of Glavgosexpertiza
Today, a regional meeting of the Glavgosexpertiza “Issues of conformity assessment of project documentation in the field of environmental protection, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in Kazan. Problem of technical documents on engineering and environmental surveys. Expansion of interaction with federal and regional authorities” was held in Kazan.
The meeting was held by the Head of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia Igor Manylov. The event was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov and others.
Opening the meeting, Igor Manylov thanked Tatarstan for hospitality. He also noted that the republic was actively developing and that there were reasons for visit and what to learn here. “I see that every manager here is in his own place, trying to develop in dynamics, to master new directions, to gain knowledge and information”, the Head of the Glavgosexpertiza stressed.
The meeting was addressed by the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ravil Kuzyurov. His report was devoted to the topic “Construction and reconstruction of capital construction objects on the lands of the forest fund. Protective status of forests. The need to change the borders of forests with protective status during the construction and reconstruction of capital construction objects, a ban on placement of objects. Reforestation. Documents and approvals necessary for preparation of project documentation, taking into account recent changes in legislation".
In his speech, the Minister recalled that from January 1, 2019, Federal Law No. 212 “On Amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Regarding the Improvement of Forest Reforestation and Afforestation” came into force which implies compensatory reforestation and afforestation by tenants of forest areas to whom forest areas are provided for construction of linear objects, geology and development of mineral resources, construction of hydro-technical installations and construction of wood-processing enterprises. “Forest users should carry out compensating reforestation for one year after cutting in an area equal to the area of felled forest plantations”, said Ravil Kuzyurov.
