Preparations for fire season in forests are being completed in Tatarstan
In the Republic of Tatarstan, preparations for fire season in forests are being completed. It will be launched on April 15, 2019.
As part of preparation, a “Master Plan for extinguishing forest fires on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” was developed and approved; all fire and chemical stations of II and III type, concentration points of fire-fighting equipment at forestry enterprises of the republic were inspected. Also, forest fire formations, mobile fire-fighting groups were formed, many meetings were held with the heads of rural settlements, population, tenants, owners of forest areas adjacent to forest fund. Over 1 thousand warnings were issued to legal entities about the inadmissibility of violation of fire safety rules.
Let us recall that from this year administrative responsibility is established for non-compliance with the measures provided for by the “Master Plan for extinguishing forest fires in the territory of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation”. Such actions entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of from 15 to 25 thousand rubles, individual entrepreneurs - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, legal entities - from 150 to 250 thousand rubles. If non-fulfillment of measures was committed under conditions of a special fire-prevention regime or emergency mode, in this case the size of the administrative fine increases and will amount for officials to from 25 to 40 thousand rubles, individual entrepreneurs from 50 to 70 thousand rubles, legal entities from 250 to 300 thousand rubles.
