Greenhouses for growing planting stock are built in forestry enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. For example, yesterday, on April 11, the construction of such a facility was completed at the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Alkeyevskiy Forestry Enterprise”.
“This method allows to reduce the time of growing seedlings and increase the intensity of their growth. In general, the yield of standard planting material is usually doubled compared with open ground in nurseries”, said Amir Gizitdinov, Director of SBI of RT “Alkeyevskiy Forestry Enterprise”, - Now in the near future we plan to lay the soil in the greenhouse and then sow the seeds of birch”.
Planting material is also grown in greenhouses by employees of Arskiy, Bugulminskiy, Isleitarskiy, Mamadyshskiy and Kzyl-Yulduzkiy forestry enterprises.
