State forest inspectors of the republic conducted more than 100 raids within the framework of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period
State forest inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted more than 100 raids around populated areas and near federal and regional roads within the framework of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period. In the course of the raids, 13 facts of unauthorized disposal of municipal solid waste were revealed, the employees of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Cheremshanskiy Forest District” revealed an administrative offense under Art. 8.31 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for violation of the rules of sanitary safety in forests. In total, more than 30 cubic meters of solid waste were scavenged.
Along with identification and liquidation of unauthorized dumps in the republic, work continues on updating information boards, repairing and arranging recreational places in forests.
