Ravil Kuzyurov, Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a Ministerial Meeting
Today Ravil Kuzyurov, Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a ministerial meeting at which the course of execution of protocol instructions was reviewed. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister, heads and specialists of the departments of the Ministry.
During the meeting, the issues of state forest supervision, development of calculated cutting area, wood supply to enterprises of the republic, implementation of information system for accounting forest complex “Avers: Forest Fund Management”, activities within the framework of sanitary-ecological bimonthly period and “Clean Forests of Tatarstan” campaign etc. were discussed.
In particular, the Minister was informed that last week the state forest inspectors conducted 540 patrols in the forests, revealed 7 violations of forest legislation and 2 illegal logging of forest plantations.
The event also discussed the preparation and conduct of the republican environmental campaign “Day of Forest Planting”, which will be held on Saturday, on April 27.
