Special fire protection regime in the republic
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 294 of April 15, 2019, a special fire protection regime is in effect on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
So, it is forbidden to burn dry grass and garbage, cook food on an open fire (bonfires, barbecues), use pyrotechnic products of 1 - 3 hazard classes in the territories of settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires, horticultural and gardening associations, children's health camps, facilities of economy, health-improving organizations bordering on forest sites, as well as in forest-park zones, on peat sites and open territories bordering on large forests.
We remind you that the violation of fire safety rules in forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials - up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities - up to 200 thousand rubles. If the violation was committed under conditions of a special fire regime, in this case the size of administrative fine increases and will be for citizens from 4 to 5 thousand rubles, officials - from 20 to 40 thousand rubles, legal entities - from 300 to 500 thousand rubles.
