In Tatarstan, work on agrotechnical care of forest crops was carried out on the area of 9.7 thousand hectares

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work on agrotechnical care of forest crops continues. As of July 15 of this year, it is made on the area of 9.7 thousand hectares.

In total this year such works will be carried out on the area of 17.9 thousand hectares. The largest volumes of work are planned in the territory of the forest fund of Menzelinskiy (1,459 hectares), Kamskiy (1,250 hectares), Sabinskiy (1,160 hectares) and Nurlatskiy (1,006 hectares) forest districts.

Agrotechnical care of forest crops is a set of techniques aimed at improving the conditions for survival and growth of cultivated trees and shrubs by loosening the soil, destroying weeds, etc. The degree of care is determined according to local conditions.
