Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to Buinskiy and Tetyushskiy municipal districts
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov paid a working visit to Buinskiy and Tetyushskiy municipal districts. The main purpose of the trip is to hold meetings on results of activities of the subordinate institutions of the Ministry for 8 months of 2019.
In Buinskiy district, the meeting was held on the basis of the building of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Buinskiy Forest District”. The Head-Forester, Ilnar Gataullin, reported on the work done. He said that over the past period, reforestation on the area of 34 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops on 309 hectares, and addition of forest crops on 17 hectares have been carried out on the territory of the forestry. Forest pathological examination was carried out on the area of 500 ha, improvement cutting of forest care was performed on 120 ha, including in young stands - on 27 ha. As part of ensuring fire safety in the forests, 30 km of new mineralized strips were created and the existing barriers with a total length of 169 km were maintained.
“Currently, the procurement of seeds of the main forest-forming species and the preparation of the soil continue. In general, by the end of the year, all works stipulated by the state assignment will be completed”, Ilnar Gataullin concluded.
The Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the activities of subordinate institutions. Along with this, he informed the meeting participants about the progress of forest cultivation and forestry operations in the Republic of Tatarstan and implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation”.
Before the meeting in Tetyushskiy district, the Minister examined the basic forest nursery and the production base of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushskiy Forestry Enterprise”. When inspecting the objects, he was accompanied by the Head of the district, Ramis Safiullov.
During the meeting held in the administration building, the results of forests conservation, protection and reproduction on the territory of the forest fund of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushskiy Forest District” were considered. The keynote speaker was Ranil Rakhmatullin, the Head-Forester.
Summing up the meeting, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuziurov outlined a number of tasks related to the completion of forest cultivation, harvesting seeds of forest plants, environmental campaigns and the development of the school forestry movement.
The Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov took part today in the meetings of the SPI of RT “Nizhnekamskiy Forest District” and the SPI of RT “Zainskiy Forest District”.
