Today, a ceremony of handing over the keys of the forest patrol, forest fire and logging equipment to the subordinate institutions of the Ministry was held in the square in front of the GBKZ named after S. Saydashev. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin, the Head of the Department of Forestry in the Volga Federal District Aleksandr Ornatsky, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, heads-foresters of forest districts and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic took part in it.
The event was dedicated to the Day of Forest Workers.
Welcoming forestry experts, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them on their professional holiday.
“It has become a good tradition to hand over keys of new equipment to forestry workers on the eve of your professional holiday, - said Aleksey Pesoshin. - This equipment was purchased as part of the national project “Ecology” and at the expense of the republican budget. A total of 72 units of equipment are transferred to forest districts and forestry enterprises - forest patrol, forest fire and logging equipment. It will be used to patrol forests, promptly deliver people and equipment to fire sites and, in general, to protect, conserve and use forests. The forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan employs more than 2 thousand 600 people, who are distinguished by high professionalism and enormous industriousness. I take this opportunity to thank you for your work, for the fact that our republic is becoming more beautiful, for the rational use of forest resources. I wish you good health, prosperity and further professional success”.
Head of the Forestry Department of the Volga Federal District, Aleksandr Ornatsky, during his speech, noted that this year the country launched the national project “Ecology”. “Under the project, the constituent entities received more than 1 billion 200 million rubles for the purchase of equipment. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the industry is actively supported by funds from the republican budget. I think this is a wonderful gift for Forest Workers Day. I am sure that the transferred equipment will improve the efficiency of your work. I sincerely wish you good health, happiness, success in work, personal and professional achievements”, he said.
Today, 21 forest patrol vehicles based on the VAZ-21214 (Niva), 5 fire tankers, 4 universal forest fire complexes, 3 crew vehicles, 3 small logging complexes, 2 bulldozers, 11 sorting trucks with hydraulic manipulators and trailers, 3 harvesters, 3 forwarders, 13 universal frontal loaders and 4 tractors were handed over to subordinate institutions of the Ministry.
