Employees of Isleitarskiy forest district conducted 15 classes in schools as part of the “Clean Forests of Tatarstan” campaign
Employees of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Isleitarskiy Forest District” conducted 15 classes in educational institutions of Vysokogorskiy municipal district as part of the republican environmental campaign “Clean Forests of Tatarstan”. Foresters met with pupils of school forest districts, visited schools in Vysokaya Gora, Bolshoi Bitaman, Bolshiye Kovali, Alat villages etc.
During the meetings, the specialists acquainted the pupils with the forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ongoing work on forests conservation, protection and reproduction. Particular attention was paid to the rules of conduct in the forest, the need to protect nature, the environment and take care of natural resources.
Also, as part of the campaign, employees of the forest district and State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Isleitarskiy Forestry Enterprise” collected and exported 40 cubic meters of municipal solid waste and deadwood from the forest fund, 2 springs were landscaped, 10 nameplates, information boards and arbors in the forest were repaired.
