Commemorative plantings in honor of the 100th anniversary of founding of the TASSR with a total area of 40 hectares were laid in the regions of Tatarstan

Commemorative plantings in honor of the 100th anniversary of founding of the TASSR with a total area of ​​40 hectares were laid in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work was attended by employees of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and executive committees of municipalities. They planted seedlings of mountain ash, pine, linden, spruce and larch. In total, the Ministry plans to lay commemorative plantings, squares and alleys on a total area of ​​289 ha in honor of the 100th anniversary of the TASSR.

The 100th anniversary of founding of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in Tatarstan will be celebrated in 2020. As part of its celebration, it is planned to open socially significant objects, parks and squares, and to hold a number of anniversary events, including international, federal, socio-cultural, scientific projects and forums.
