Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov got acquainted with preparations of the Bilyarskiy forestry enterprise for the 2020 forest season
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Alekseyevskiy municipal district. There, he got acquainted with preparation of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bilyarskiy Forestry Enterprise” for the 2020 forest season.
In particular, the Head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan examined the basic forest nursery located on the territory of Baganinskiy precinct forestry of Bilyarskiy forest district. Explanations were given by Ramil Nurullin, the Head-Forester of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bilyarskiy Forest District” and Aleksdandr Ruzanov, Director of the forestry enterprise.
Aleksandr Ruzanov said that the total area of the nursery is 10 hectares. Currently, work is underway on digging a standard planting material and harvesting Hybrid-38 poplar cuttings. It is planned to open forestry season later this week. Within its framework, reforestation will be carried out on the territory of Bilyarskiy forest district on the area of 389 hectares, supplementation of forest crops - on 204 hectares, agrotechnical care of forest crops - on 508 hectares, planting of protective forest stands - on 26 hectares.
Let us recall that despite the difficult sanitary and epidemiological situation and the introduced self-isolation regime in the Republic of Tatarstan, some of the employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate institutions continue their work. These are those who, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 239 dated April 02, 2020, carry out activities to prepare for the 2020 forest cultural season, ensure fire safety in forests and carry out federal state forest supervision (forest protection) in the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
