Employees of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” dismantled 95 advertising structures
Yesterday, on June 22, employees of the Tatarstan precinct forestry of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhskiy Forest District” dismantled illegally placed advertising structures on trees as part of patrolling the territory of the forest fund of the Tukayevskiy municipal district. “As a result of the “anti-advertising” raid, 95 structures were removed from the forest stands, said forester Ramis Gilaziyev. More often unscrupulous entrepreneurs place their advertisements along highways and driveways to garden associations and country cooperatives”.
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that administrative liability for damage to forest stands when advertising is stipulated in accordance with Article 8.28 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
