This not very easy task is trying to solve the heads and specialists of forestry. During February they were visiting village schools and schools which are located near forest habitation. The foresters held special forest lessons told the graduates about their profession and about the changes which are happening in the forestry of Tatrstan nowadays. They also gave the information where, in what colleges the graduates can get the profession of forester.

Every Spring the personnel department of the Ministry of Forestry form the lists of school leavers for Kazan State Agricultural University and Lubyanskii Forestry College for entering to these educational institutions in a contract system. Every school leaver together with their parent and the heads of forestry has an interview with the Minister of forestry Nail Magdeev.
