Employees of the Center for Forest Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan help students of educational institutions to learn the features of work to protect forests
Students of the MBOU “Gymnasium No. 3” of the Zelenodolsk region, together with the employees of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Roslesozashchita” “Center for the Protection of the Forest of the Republic of Tatarstan”, took part in cameral works on counting the number of forest pests. The event was organized as part of the “Protecting the Forest is Our Job” campaign.
The data obtained by the students will be used to write a research paper on forest pests.
“We continue to cooperate with educational institutions of the region on issues of environmental education and upbringing of students. In connection with the cancellation of mass events, we switched to individual work with schoolchildren who are keen on natural sciences,” commented Venera Efremenkova, deputy director of the branch.
