The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds of the new procedure for calculating the harm caused to forests and natural objects located in them
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 18, 2020 No. 2164, amendments were made to Appendix No. 4 to the features of compensation for damage caused to forests and natural objects located in them due to violation of forest legislation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 29 2018 No. 1730.
One of the main changes is that when calculating the cost of wood, it is not divided into business and wood-burning, the rate of payment established for medium-sized commercial wood and timber transportation at a distance of up to 10 kilometers is applied. For tree species for which there are no rates of payment per unit volume of wood, the rates of payment established for tree species (species) that have the same morphological, physiological-biochemical, genetic-reproductive, geographical criteria of uniqueness are applied.
These changes came into force on December 31, 2020.
