The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov laid flowers at the monument to the Honored Forester of the RSFSR and TASSR Nurgali Minnikhanov
Today the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov laid flowers at the foot of the monument to the Honored Forester of the RSFSR and Tatarstan Nurgali Minnikhanov in the village. Forestry enterprise of the Sabinsky municipal district.
Minnikhanov Nurgali Minnikhanovich (03.24.1930 ‒ 02.17.2001) devoted more than 36 years to the forestry industry. In the period from 1962 to 1990, he headed the Sabinsky timber industry enterprise (now ‒ GBU RT “Educational and experimental Sabinsky forestry”). Nurgali Minnikhanovich made a significant contribution to the development of forestry in the Tatar ASSR. Under his leadership, an intensive model of forestry was introduced, production facilities for wood processing were created, thanks to which the Sabinsky timber industry enterprise became one of the leading enterprises in the forestry complex of the TASSR, a multiple winner of socialist competitions.
Also, the ceremony was attended by the head of the Sabinsky municipal district Rais Minnikhanov, the mayor of Naberezhny Chelny Nail Magdeev, the director of the State Budgetary Institution “Traffic Safety” Rifkat Minnikhanov, the Ex-Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Almas Nazirov, heads of forestries, veterans of the forest industry.
