The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov outlined the main tasks for Mamadyshsky, Kamsky and Kyzyl-Yulduzsky forestries for 2021
Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov held a meeting on the results of the work of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshsky forestry”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Mamadyshsky forestry enterprise”, the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kamskoye forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of RT “Kamsky forestry enterprise” in 2020. The discussion was attended by the head of the Mamadyshsky municipal district Anatoly Ivanov, heads of forestries, directors of forestry enterprises, representatives of the district executive committee, the district chamber of land and property relations, the district agricultural administration, and heads of rural settlements.
Minister Ravil Kuzyurov opened the meeting and announced the rules of procedure.
In his welcoming speech, the head of the region, Anatoly Ivanov, focused on interaction with the subordinate institutions of the Ministry, environmental actions and thanked the minister for the support provided. “In order to further develop the forestry complex, I would like to consider the development of wood processing,” he said.
The main reports on the results of the fulfillment of the state assignment for the implementation of a complex of works for the protection, protection and reproduction of forests were made by the foresters Akhat Khasanov and Albert Shamilov.
Akhat Khasanov said that in 2020, within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology”, reforestation works were carried out on the territory of Mamadyshsky forestry on an area of 167 hectares. Also, 302 kg of seeds of forest plants were harvested and 1,512 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown.
In order to protect forests, a forest pathological survey was carried out on an area of 620 hectares, sanitary measures ‒ on 335 hectares.
Albert Shamilov said that last year, on the territory of the Kamsky forestry, work was carried out to plant forest crops on an area of 156 hectares, to promote natural reforestation ‒ 5 hectares, natural overgrowth ‒ 19 hectares, and the establishment of protective forest plantations ‒ 20 hectares.
“Also, state forest inspectors conducted 689 patrols of the forest fund lands of the forestry, compiled 50 protocols on administrative offenses and issued 65 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, requirements established by municipal legal acts,” added the head forester.
The head of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov gave a positive assessment of the work of subordinate institutions in 2020. “Thank you for your conscientious work and dedication to your work,” the minister said. - In the coming period, I ask you to pay special attention to the issues of preparation for the fire hazardous season and campaigning and preventive work among the population to comply with fire safety rules in forests.
The same meeting was held today following the results of the activities of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Kyzyl-Yulduz forestry" and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Kyzyl-Yulduz forestry". Its participants were the head of the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district Ildar Tazutdinov, the head forester Niyaz Tazmeev, the director of the forestry Albert Zakirov and others.
Niyaz Tazmeev reported on the work performed in 2020. He informed the participants in detail about the control and supervision, sanitary and recreational activities, environmental actions, the progress of the movement of school forestries, etc.
Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave a number of instructions to employees of subordinate institutions related to the implementation of the regional project "Preservation of Forests", prevention and detection of violations of forest legislation, ensuring fire safety in forests and digitalization of the forest complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
