Ministry employees attended the webinar “Forest Lands: Latest Legislation and Practice 2021”
The All-Russian online marathon “Forest Lands: Latest Legislation and Practice 2021” started today. This webinar was attended by representatives of regional forestry management bodies, industry institutions, incl. employees of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tajikistan and its subordinate institutions.
On the first day of the webinar, the changes in forestry legislation that came into force this year, the specifics of the implementation of federal state forest supervision (forest protection), the provision of forest plots for rent, etc. were considered.
Lectures were delivered by representatives of the Federal Forestry Agency, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, and “Land & Real Estate. Legal Consulting”.
