Preparations for the fire hazardous season in forests continue in Tatarstan
Preparations for the fire hazardous season in the forests of 2021 continue in the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the complex of events, meetings are held with the heads of rural settlements, tenants of forest plots, warnings are issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, requirements established by municipal legal acts, etc. During the meetings, state forest inspectors of the republic remind participants about fire safety rules in forests and responsibility for their violation, the need to clean the areas adjacent to the forest from dry herbaceous vegetation, stubble, felling residues, dead wood, garbage and other combustible materials, or the separation of the forest with a fire-fighting mineralized strip.
According to specialists from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, to date, 931 warnings have been issued to the owners and users of land plots adjacent to the forest fund in the republic.
It is expected that the fire hazardous season in the forests of Tatarstan will open in mid-April this year.
