Tatarstan is checking the readiness of forest fire stations for the beginning of the fire hazardous season in the forests of 2021
Currently, the Republic of Tatarstan is checking the readiness of forest fire stations for the beginning of the fire season in the forests of 2021. For this purpose, a special commission was created, consisting of employees of the department of state control and supervision of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The commission has already visited the forest fire stations of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Elabuzhsky Forestry”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Nizhnekamsky Forestry”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Menzelinsky Forestry”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Educational and Experimental Sabinsky Forestry”, as well as the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center”. During the audit, attention was paid to the staffing of forest fire stations with equipment, equipment and other means of preventing and extinguishing forest fires, the state of buildings and structures, the training of personnel and the availability of technical documentation regulating the work of the FSC.
“In accordance with the established criteria, the checked forest fire stations are ready for the fire hazardous season of 2021,” commented Ayrat Akhmerov, head of the department of state control and supervision of the Ministry.
In order to ensure timely detection, extinguishing and prevention of forest fires on the territory of the forest fund in the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 20 type II forest fire stations at forestry enterprises and 5 type III forest fire stations at the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Forest Fire Center”. LPS type II are equipped with 229 units of various equipment, LPS type III ‒ 72 units of specialized equipment.
It should be reminded that the implementation of the regional project “Preservation of Forests in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” is aimed at increasing the efficiency of work to protect forests from fires. Within its framework, this year, 28 units will be purchased and transferred to the subordinate institutions of the Ministry. forest fire equipment (fire tankers AC-3.0-40 (GAZ-33086), small forest patrol complexes UAZ-390945, universal forest fire complexes ULPK 4P) and 248 units of the fire-fighting equipment.
