The Rosleskhoz considered the implementation of the federal project “Preservation of Forests”
Today, the Federal Forestry Agency hosted a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the federal project “Preservation of Forests”. It was chaired by the deputy head of Rosleskhoz Mikhail Klinov. The event was attended by representatives of forestry management bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including from the Republic of Tatarstan ‒ Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov, his deputy Rais Gumerov, heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry.
During the meeting, issues of implementation of the federal project “Preservation of Forests” of the national project “Ecology” in 2021, achievement of target indicators, procurement of forestry and forest fire equipment were discussed.
In particular, Mikhail Klinov emphasized the need for timely use of federal budget funds allocated for equipping institutions with specialized machinery and equipment.
It should be reminded that this year in the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the federal project “Preservation of Forests”, it is planned to carry out reforestation work on an area of 3.8 thousand hectares. At the expense of the allocated funding for the project, 67 units of forestry and forestry equipment will be purchased, as well as 248 units of firefighting equipment.
